ATOM CAL101 leverages the proven acceleration power of calcium chloride to drive rapid cement hydration. By introducing concentrated calcium chloride directly into the mix, it dramatically reduces initial and final set times, enabling faster finishing and stripping in cold weather or fast-track construction scenarios.
The result is higher early compressive strength, reduced bleed water, and improved productivity — especially valuable in precast operations where cycle time drives cost. Because CAL101 is a liquid, dosing is precise and distribution throughout the mix is uniform when added through the water line at the batch plant.
Important: ATOM CAL101 contains calcium chloride and is intended only for applications where chloride-based admixtures are permitted by the governing project specifications. It is not recommended for prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete, or other corrosion-sensitive applications unless expressly approved by the designer/owner and applicable codes.
