FIB100

ATOM FIB100 — Fibrillated Polypropylene Micro Fiber

Three-dimensional crack control. Uniform distribution. Built into every cubic metre.

How does ATOM FIB100 work?

ATOM FIB100 features a unique net-like fibrillated structure that disperses into fine filaments during mixing. These filaments distribute uniformly throughout the concrete matrix, creating a three-dimensional reinforcement network that intercepts and bridges micro-cracks before they can propagate.

During the plastic stage, this reinforcement arrests shrinkage cracks caused by rapid moisture loss, temperature gradients, and settlement. In the hardened state, the fiber network improves tensile and flexural performance, abrasion resistance, and fire resistance by reducing explosive spalling at elevated temperatures.

Because FIB100 is chemically inert and corrosion-resistant, it performs reliably in aggressive environments without any risk of degradation. Its easy dosing by weight and excellent dispersion make it well-suited to ready-mix and precast operations alike.
