SP100

ATOM SP100 — High-Range Water-Reducing Admixture (Superplasticizer)

High strength. High flow. No water compromise.

How does ATOM SP100 work?

The relationship between water and strength is one of the most fundamental constraints in concrete mix design: more water means better workability, but lower strength and higher permeability. ATOM SP100 breaks that trade-off.

As a high-range water reducer (HRWR), SP100 disperses cement particles electrostatically — allowing them to hydrate more efficiently with significantly less water. The result is a mix that flows like it has a high water content but performs like it doesn't. Water reduction of 12–30% is achievable without sacrificing slump, finishability, or pump-ability.

For precast producers, ready-mix plants, and contractors working with complex formwork or congested reinforcement, SP100 is the most versatile tool in the admixture line.

Primary Benefits

High-range water reduction (12–30%)
Improved flowability and slump retention
Increased compressive strength
Enhanced surface finish and finishability
Reduced permeability and improved long-term durability

Ideal Applications

High-Strength Concrete Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) Precast & Prestressed Pumped Concrete Complex Formwork Congested Reinforcement

High-Strength & HPC

Achieve 40–80 MPa mixes without excessive cement content. SP100 lowers w/cm ratio while maintaining the flow required for placement and consolidation.

Self-Consolidating Concrete

Produce SCC that passes through congested rebar and fills complex forms without vibration. SP100 provides the high flow and segregation resistance SCC demands.

Precast & Prestressed

Accelerate early strength for faster form turnover. Reduce water content for denser, less permeable precast elements — critical for durability in exposed applications.

Performance Characteristics
